Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of our digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered or access has been granted.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital downloads, including but not limited to:

• E-books and PDFs
• Software, plugins, and app downloads
• Digital templates and graphics

Replacements
While we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or compatibility issues with your personal equipment, we will consider an exchange of product if:

1. The file is broken/corrupted: If the digital file cannot be opened, we will provide a replacement.
2. Product not-as-described: If the product differs significantly from the product page description, a request may be submitted within [3] days for review.
